Summer Adventure Camps - Black Level

Ages 12–14

Black Level camps are built for older youth seeking a more challenging and independent camp experience. Campers are encouraged to take greater ownership of their experience, develop leadership skills, and engage with higher-challenge elements while still benefiting from structured supervision and coaching.

Black Level helps keep teens active, engaged, and excited to return to camp.

Adventure Experiences

All camp levels have access to Canyon’s Summer Adventure environment. Activities may include the following and are dependent on program availability and weather:

• Aerial Adventure Park
• Zipline
• Net Park
• Summer Tubing and Tube Slides
• Mountain Coaster
• Archery
• Canoeing
• Water-based games and activities
• Creative time including arts and crafts

Activity selection, sequencing, and intensity vary daily based on group readiness, weather, and conditions to ensure a safe, engaging experience for all campers.

Camps run in weekly sessions from 9am to 4pm, with each week dedicated to a specific camp level.

Throughout the summer, Canyon offers:

• 2 Green Level camp weeks
• 3 Blue Level camp weeks
• 2 Black Level camp weeks

Each camp week runs as a complete program. Campers remain with the same group throughout the week, allowing them to build confidence, friendships, and familiarity with staff.

Campers may attend multiple weeks, and many returning campers benefit from increased confidence and progression over time.

July 6 - 10, 2026 9am-4pm - Sundeck - Green (ages 8-10)
July 13 - 17, 2026 9am-4pm - North Bowl - Blue (ages 10-12)
July 20 - 24, 2026 9am-4pm - Deer Foot - Black (ages 12-14)
July 27 - 31, 2026 9am-4pm - Powderhorn - Blue (ages 10-12)
August 10 - 14, 2026 9am-4pm - Holliday - Black (ages 12-14)
August 17 - 21, 2026 9am-4pm - Wish Bone - Green (ages 8-10)
August 24 - 28, 2026 9am-4pm - Springbok - Blue (ages 10-12)
